What We Do

Port Agency Service Types

Charterers Nominated Agency (CNA)
Charterers Nominated Agency (CNA) TSA offers a full agency service covering all types of vessels and cargos, all cargo requirements and documentation, pilotage, towage, stevedoring, and other services for and on behalf of the charterer. After the vessel sails, the disbursement account is sent to the appointing party or as instructed.
Owners Nominated Agency (ONA) Similar in nature to the Charterers Nominated Agency (CNA) service but provided for and on behalf of the ship-owner. ONA includes the full agency service covering all vessel requirements from arrival through to departure.
Owners Protecting Agency (OPA) A full supervisory service to protect the ship owner's interests — monitoring and reviewing the charterers' agency functions and overseeing all vessel port activities to ensure owner requirements are fully met at every stage.
Owners Husbandry Agency (OHA) A comprehensive owners' husbandry agency service to ensure dry docking, repairs, spares, stores, crew matters, cash to master, and all other owners' husbandry requirements are fully met.
